The Bora Evaporative Cooler is a concept design for a sleek outdoor 360* air conditioner.  Inspired by popular heating towers, this cooling tower chills the surrounding air up to 15* degrees by blowing air through a wet filter.  The unit can be run off battery power and it's own water tank, or be hardwired/piped for continuous use.
