This utility belt prop was created for a client wishing to use it to complete his personal Batsuit.  It's based on the Batman Earth One design, which is an alternate reality version of Batman.  Each component was made from layers of Sintra which were cut and sanded into the desired shape.  These components where then molded, and copies where cast in durable polyurethane resin.  After being painted and weathered, these casting where secured to a nylon belt via self tapping screws, and a closure was added to the back, completing the belt.  The finished piece is a near perfect replica of the original belt, and is also size adjustable.
